If you have a Facebook account and you really should, then you can be using Facebook Ads to promote your self, your products or your service. This is best accomplished by creating a business page which used to be referred to as a fan page. The reason for the fan page is you can actually set that page up as an extension of you main page to promote and drive traffic. When you set up Facebook ads it appears you receive a better CPC (Cost Per Click) on traffic driven within Facebook than driving traffic of the Facebook.
As I am setting up more and more of these accounts for my clients I will be sharing more details here that you can follow. In the mean time if you don’t have a Facebook GET ONE! and then set up a fan or business page as it is now called. Can we we the monetizing commercialization of Facebook? Then, check out this easy to follow Guide to Facebook Ads right here:

Have you ever found it a little difficult to explain Twitter and how and why it works to anyone who may have never seen Twitter before? I know I have and there are plenty of people out there who are still stuck on MySpace. I’ve even noticed that some TV commercials are replacing their website URLs with their Twitter address. What’s up with that? It is the sign of the times. It’s all about the need for speed.
Well I have found a fantastic short, (very short) video that explains Twitter so well. It has made sense to everyone that I showed it to. It is on YouTube but in fairness to the people that turned me on to it I will share their link here: tweetadder.com
So watch and enjoy and feel free to not only comment on the video but pass it on to your MySpace friends and relatives. They will thank you.
